A one-year warranty covers Cutshield Hockey products against manufacturing defects.
Items can only be returned for exchange based on a warranty issue.
We can not accept any returns for any items that have been worn due to hygiene reasons except for exchanges due to material defects or warranty issues on a one-to-one basis.

*Kevlar® socks have very specific instructions which include washing inside-out, do not wash in hot water, lay flat to dry. Exposure to light (UV) also leads to degradation.
About Cut Resistance
SAFETY NOTICE: CUTSHIELD Hockey Socks are cut-resistant, not cut-proof, and have been proven to reduce the risk of serious injury. Intended for use in Ice Hockey.
Our gear features tested and verified A3 (PRO-CLASSIC) and A4 (PRO-AIR 4) cut resistance.
Our revolutionary PRO-AIR 4 fabric is the thinnest, lightest and most cut resistant fabric currently on the market for ice hockey.

Shipping rates will vary from order to order depending on several factors including the shipping location, and weight of the order.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- First Class Mail via Canada Post: No tracking or insurance is available with this option.
- Trackable Shipping via Canada Post: either by small packet insured and trackable or XpressPost insured and trackable.
Flat Rate Shipping: via First Class Mail (no insurance or tracking available) applies to orders in the USA and Canada.
Free Shipping: Free shipping to the USA and Canada is available on all orders of $99.00 or more exclusive of any shipping charges or sales taxes.
When will my order be shipped? All purchases are shipped within one to two business days of order receipt. For all shipping methods, we only ship on business days (Monday thru Friday).
Expected Delivery: Expected delivery is between 7 and 10 business days depending on your location and often earlier for those who reside in large cities.
COVID-19 Delays: Please note, due to the COVID-19 pandemic shipments may be delayed by carriers due to circumstances beyond our control.
